How did you guys mentally prepare. I gave birth two months ago and my supply decreased from pumping 4 ounces to barely making half an ounce now. I couldn't keep up with pumping because I am alone for the most part and couldn't prioritize it. I would breastfeed her but top her of with a bottle and she started favoring a bottle over my breast. Now she won't latch and when I pump just looking at the milk feels so discouraging.

I have changed my food intake and nothing seems to help. I'm trying to keep a positive mindset but I don't know what to do anymore. Any recommendations or tips I would truly appreciate.
