All Intake Documents must be completed and valid card on file as soon as possible, but no later than 9pm the night before your appointment.
Pump with Purpose is booking in advance and we want to be fair to everyone that is working with us and we have eager clients waiting to see us sooner if possible. We will release any appointments and will open the spot back up to the public to book.
As soon as your appointment is accepted, you will be sent documents to be completed. Please complete all documents sent.
