Breastmilk amounts tend to reduce to 16-24 ounces per day (discuss with pediatrician).

Breastmilk does not lose nutritional content after age 1 (it actually increases)!


You can give solids, milk, or milk alternatives.


Things do change as your child gets older, but breast milk is still beneficial for them even after the age of 1!
