How do I know that I'm fully empty?

I use a manual pump and I hand express after. I pay attention to how full I am and notice that once I pump my stretch marks are visible. But sometimes I can still express dribbles. Am I empty or should I keep going?

Breasts are never empty so if you pumped longer or hand express milk would generally come out. If you mentioned dribbles, I would not be concerned as your next pump would catch that anyway. Pumping is already long enough so unless you are getting over a half an ounce or an ounce then I would generally say you are good. Here if you need more personalized care.
