"Not drinking alcohol is the safest option for breastfeeding mothers.


However, moderate alcohol consumption (up to 1 drink/day) is not known to be harmful to the infant."

Always: drink responsibly

Bring a non-alcoholic beverage along with you

like a mocktail, seltzer, NA beer, or sparkling juice


If your loved ones are questioning you...


Inform them: of your decision

Remind them: you can celebrate without alcohol


Always: keep your boundaries
