My greatest support has been my pumping bra to be honest. I have support from family when they are in town. They live out of town and don't visit often. I have support from my husband when he is available, on his own terms. When he thinks I need help... unfortunately he has missed many opportunities to be my hero in the moment. My pumping bra has been the most consistent because it allows me to do other things while I pump. This helps with that balance because goodness gracious I can wash dishes, cook a meal, or even eat while pumping that otherwise would not get done until after when I might be too tired or weak.
