I’ll start: I would drink water and Belvita crackers (oat version) during my 10P pump most nights.

The first several weeks postpartum I was starving during the 3AM pump! Apple juice was my MOTN pump treat, and I’d try to drink an entire water bottle and have something with protein as well (oatmeal bites, peanut butter and apple, Greek yogurt with fruit, etc). Now at 3 months postpartum if I’m hungry I’ll grab one of those, but I usually just have water.
