Today for the first time I used an electric pump and pumped only once during night, at 3am, for like 35 mins and got only 1 oz on one side :(
I am 5 weeks pp. I just fed the other side to my bub and nothing was coming from that one so I gave up and continued on one side only.
Give yourself some grace! It’s something new that you’re trying. Pumping isn’t easy. You have to make sure you have the right flange sizes and know the settings on your pump and also play with them to see how your body best responds. You got this! ❤️
