It’s 3 am (CST) and I’m up for my pump session. This is the hardest pump for me but I do it with the intent to get my milk regulated. I have 3 weeks left until I’m at the 12 week mark and I’m determined to get there. Yes, I’m exhausted but my baby needs this milk so that’s all the more reason to keep pushing out this liquid gold. Happy Pumping ladies, we got this 💪🏽.

It's 422am here in Texas. I was up earlier than my 4am alarm so I pumped at 330am. I'm sitting here bottle feeding my baby and thinking of all the things. Happy Purposeful Pumping Ladies! 💪🏾
