I love this encouragement to self, I have been so hard on myself because my output is low currently due to stress, not ideal diet and soon approaching cycle. I would tell myself "This is new to you and you are learning. And you are do an amazing job that is a miracle as you sustain your baby's life. YOU did, you are doing that. P.s. Please don't feel guilty to get a massage on a routine basis, you don't need to work our to "earn" a massage. You deserve a massage, jsut because. 💕💕
