I know this isn’t related to night pumping but figured I’d ask anyway since I could use some advice. Does anyone pump in public? If so, what are your tips and tricks? I used my wearables a few times the last couple of weeks in public (twice while out to eat and once in the park) and I was nervous but it went ok. Just need to get more comfortable doing it.

I pump in public a few times and the easiest thing is to get a nursing covering that women use to nurse their babies and use it as a covering if you are self conscious or can’t make it to the restroom or the car. I use my portables when I’m out in public. Some places actually have a room for nursing or a comfort room. Hope this helps
