Hey mommies, I have a serious inquiry. I’ve been struggling this week with allergies and scared to take anything and now my symptoms have progressed to congestion and still scared to take anything because I don’t want to harm baby or my milk to tank. Has anyone found any medication to be helpful without your milk supply declining?

Try Flonase nasal spray (any generic brand is fine). You have to use it everyday and it takes a few days to make a difference but very little to none is absorbed systemically (just stays in the nose). Has helped me and is worth a shot!
