"Remember to be kind to yourself. Every effort counts. 🌷 How do you handle nights when you feel too tired to pump?"
On really hard nights, I bribe myself with an Amazon treat! I remind myself that once the pumps are on, the hardest part is over. And I give myself grace for something that is not getting done bc I am pumping- dishes can wait, I can take a nap when I’m done. And sometimes I have to cut the pump session short but remind myself that some pump is better than no pump!!
