For the first time since baby was born, 11 weeks ago, I totally slept through 1 of my pump times 😫 I've been sick & feeling so drained but I did not think I'd hit snooze on my 2:30 AM pump and not wake up until 5:30... as soon as I woke up I started pumping but I'm worried that my supply is going to take a hit because of it. Any tips for today to help make up for it?

Shauna don’t feel alone, I too missed a pump because I was so exhausted and was just running on an hour and a half of sleep, trying to keep up with everything . Give yourself grace and move forward. There is nothing to make up, you listened to your body and got what you needed to sustain. Good for you!!
