Hey ladies. We all know washing and sterilizing flanges + bottles can be a pain when we are tired. I currently have 2 pairs of flanges+ bottles on rotation. I'm considering getting a third. I'm a Spectra Gold user so access is easy.
How many flanges+ bottles do you have in rotation?
Also, how often do you change out the hard plastic parts? I change the duckbill and backflow rubber every 2 months. Baby is 5 months tomorrow and my original bottles are looking really yellow. Wondering if those should be changed every 3 months too.
I have 3 sets of flanges but I often store mine in the fridge for less than 24 hours so I’m not having to constantly wash them. From my understanding the hard plastic parts don’t need to be changed unless cracked or damaged.
