Exclusive Pumping

Public·278 members

I have officially finished all of my frozen stashed milk and I am not feeling confident that I can pump out enough milk for my LO with her drinking 4.5 oz every 3 hrs and pumping every 3 hrs. Lately I have changed my flange and started playing with my settings to see if I output more but nothing yet. Any supplements to increase supply? Still trying to increase naturally with pumping though.

I would kot recommend supplements cause they may not work or they may make your supply worse. Have you ever heard of liquid gold goods treats? They don't necessarily increase your supply but for me they help me fill up faster before each pump session. If you are a client, message Dr. Diana in the client portal. If you are not it sounds like you need a consult now. What is your daily total supply? I track mine on pump log (now called EP tracker).
