Daylight Saving Time

Don’t Fall back on your pumping routine!

As daylight saving time approaches, many of us wonder how it might affect our carefully crafted pumping schedules. Here’s the sauce, mama: You can keep things steady!

When the clocks go back an hour, it’s tempting to adjust your pumping time accordingly. But here’s the good news – that one-hour difference shouldn’t significantly impact your milk supply.

The key is to stay on your regular pumping schedule after the time change. Your body is incredibly adaptable, and it’ll adjust to the new time naturally.

Are you planning to stick to your usual pumping times when daylight saving hits, or do you have other strategies in mind? Let’s talk about it in the comments.

If you’re feeling uncertain or want personalized guidance to navigate these changes smoothly, book a Premier Pumping Consult.
